Jane Doe Sample “AKA Smiley”, age 65, was last seen around 5:35 p.m. on August 8, 2023, as she ran near 700 Front St to help others. Witnesses say Jane Doe Sample helped push cars off the roads to clear lanes. She wore black jeans, a yellow shirt, white tennis.
