The below, is an interactive map list of children in Lahaina, Hawaii whom are presumed missing due to the Lahaina Fires that started on August 8, 2023.
All information was added voluntarily by family or authorized friends and should only be added by direct family members or authorized adult individuals who have direct factual information or knowledge.
If your child is missing, you are invited to voluntarily click on the pink circle on the right to add his or her information so that he or she can be known of by the public.
When you click the circle to add a location, you will first need to register free of charge, then you can enter unlimited posts. Once you register, a map box will appear with the following fields: Fill them in as follows.
1. POST TITLE, should read: Full Name “AKA Nickname” / Age.
2. PING Location Marker on Map: Should be placed on the child’s residence location.
3.POST CATEGORY: Lahina Fire Missing Children
4. ADDRESS BOX: Leave Empty
5. DESCRIPTION BOX: Full Name “AKA Nickname” age, XX “during the Lahaina Fires on (Date gone Missing) August X, 2023, describe where was the child at, what was he/she doing, what was he/she wearing.” If the child was out in public mention the time XX:XX P.M. / A.M., so that people with video footage can check to see if your child appears in their footage. If you have any information of his/her location, please contact family at (XXX) XXX-XXX.
6. IMAGE: A picture of the child is required for people to see him/her and so that other family or friends can recognize the child and report wrongful, fraudulent posts, or the child as found.
John Doe Jr. “AKA Junior” age 15, was last seen during the Lahaina Fires of August 8, 2023 at about 5:30 p.m. According to a friend, John Doe Jr. walked on Front St towards Lahainaluna Rd in direction to his residence located a few blocks away. He wore, blue shorts, a white t-shirt and black shoes. Due to many people recording the fires, if you were in that vicinity at that time, please review your footage to see if he appears in it. If you know anything about his whereabouts, please call his parents at (808) XXX-XXX.
