Do Not post or access the site if you wish to be private. Anyone who choses to post must use their real name to post so that their neighbors, relatives, acquaintances and friends can clearly identify them and vouch for them and confirm that such information is true.

This site is NOT a Private Members only site. This site is ment to collectively and openly inform the citizens of Lahaina Maui Hawaii and the citizens of the entire United States of America and the citizens of the World who access the site, the victims of the Lahaina Fire which occured on or about August 8, 2023 in which several people lost their life and several others are pressumed missing but in which there is no official count or list of the missing people.

Many individuals say online that hundreds of children are missing but that they don’t see parents asking for those kids! People do ask, “Where are the children?”

This site is intended for local residents of Lahaina to click on the appropriate maps and enter their information and that of what they personally know to close the gap of the much needed information and place the MISSING children and adults into perspective!

Comments;

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media;

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you fill out a contact form to communicate with us, we may obtain personal identifiable information from you and we may save the information you sent us in order to communicate with you in connection with supplying services to you.

How long we retain your data;

If we have other addresses on file we will not release any information until we are satisfied that or confirmed that you are the rightful owner to the information. This policy is to protect the privacy and information of our sites visitors. If we suspect any wrong doing we may report such activity to authorities.

In order to order services through this website, a user must first complete the registration form. This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Since this service targets users who are 18 years of age and over, we also require users to provide demographic information (such as gender and age) about yourself.

Any unauthorized information regarding any person under 18 years of age is prohibited and should only be entered by individuals authorized to do so. The only individuals who are encouraged to add such information should be the minor’s mother, father, legal guardians and their next of kin. In case of the absence of any of the beforementioned individuals, in the case that the entire lineage or family is absent (missing), neighbors with direct information of the “victims” are encouraged to enter the information in goodfaith. The person who enters and publishes such information will be solely responsible for such publication and should only publish truthful, honest information with the intent to locate or inform family, friends and the public of the absence of the individual or the absence of the family.

Reset Password;

If you happen to forget your account’s password, you can reset such information by accessing our reset options. By accessing the reset options on our site, we will receive your I.P. Address via e-mail when you attempt to reset the information.

Please Note: We will never initiate a phone call, send an e-mail or initiate any type of contact from us to you to request or ask you for any passwords, key numbers or verification codes of any kind.
